Draw Ideas LLC, DBA Daroon House
Effective Date: 10/12/2026 | Version: DAROON-TERMS-2026.01
PLEASE READ THESE TERMS CAREFULLY. BY USING OUR WEBSITE, CREATING AN ACCOUNT, BOOKING A CLASS, OR PURCHASING A CLASS PACKAGE OR GIFT CARD, YOU AGREE TO THESE TERMS.
1. About These Terms
These Website Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and Draw Ideas LLC, DBA Daroon House ("Daroon House," "we," "us," or "our"). They govern your use of www.daroon.house (the "Website"), our online booking system, and your purchase of drop-in classes, class packages, and gift cards.
Your physical participation in classes, sessions, workshops, and events is governed by our Participant Liability Waiver, Assumption of Risk & Release and, for minors, our Parent/Guardian Consent, Assumption of Risk & Release (together, the "Waivers"). If these Terms and a Waiver conflict on any matter relating to participation, injury, or risk, the Waiver controls.
Our Privacy Policy, available at https://daroon.house/privacy-policy, explains how we collect and use your personal information and is part of these Terms.
2. Eligibility and Accounts
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or make a purchase. A parent or legal guardian may book classes for a minor, including an infant participating in a Baby and Me dance class, through the parent or guardian's own account.
You agree to provide accurate, current information and to keep it up to date. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for activity under your account. Please tell us promptly at Support@daroon.house if you believe your account has been used without your permission.
3. Waiver Required Before Participation
Before attending your first class, you must accept our current adult Waiver. A parent or legal guardian must complete our Parent/Guardian Consent for each participating minor, including each infant in a Baby and Me dance class. We may require you to accept an updated Waiver before booking or attending future classes. We may decline participation, without a refund obligation beyond what these Terms provide, if a required Waiver has not been completed.
4. Booking and Attendance
Classes are booked through www.daroon.house and are subject to availability and class capacity. A booking is confirmed only when you receive a confirmation by email or in your account.
Please arrive at least 10 minutes before class. For safety, an instructor may decline entry after class has begun, particularly for classes involving inversions, yoga-wall work, breathwork, or sound healing. A class you are unable to enter because of late arrival counts as attended.
Waitlist. If a class is full, you may join its waitlist. If a spot opens, you will be notified and may claim the spot in waitlist order. Joining a waitlist does not use a class from your package; a class is deducted only if you are booked into the class. A class booked from a waitlist follows the same cancellation rules as any other booking.
5. Class Packages
We offer the following class packages:
- 4-Class Package, valid for 37 days from the date of purchase.
- 8-Class Package, valid for 67 days from the date of purchase.
The expiration date of your package appears in your purchase confirmation and in your account. Classes not used by the expiration date expire and are not refundable, except as provided in Sections 9 and 10 or as required by law.
Using your package. You may use your package to book any eligible class on any day it is offered, as long as (1) the class is appropriate for your level and (2) a spot is available. Eligible classes are all group classes, including Baby and Me dance, but not private sessions, special workshops, or events. A package does not reserve a place in any class. When a class is full, you may join its waitlist as described in Section 4.
Class levels. Some classes are offered at specific levels (for example, beginner, all levels, intermediate, or advanced). For your safety, you may book classes at or below your level. Your level is determined by your experience and instructor recommendation. Before booking classes that include inversions, headstand practice, or yoga-wall or rope work, we may ask you to complete your free introductory session (Section 6) or an introductory class, or to receive instructor approval. If you book a class that is not suitable for your level, we may move your booking to a more suitable class or cancel it and return the class to your package.
Availability. Spots are filled on a first-come, first-served basis, and we do not guarantee that a particular class, time, or day will be available. Your package's expiration date is not extended because classes you wanted were full or because you remained on a waitlist.
Package prices, coverage, and validity periods are shown at checkout before you buy.
Packages are for use by the purchaser only. They may not be shared, transferred, or resold. In a Baby and Me dance class, one class from the parent's package covers the parent and the parent's infant.
6. Free Introductory Session
Each new client may attend one free introductory session, booked through www.daroon.house and subject to availability. There is no charge for the session. It is a chance to get to know the Studio, talk with an instructor about your experience, goals, and any health considerations, and find the classes and level that suit you. Your instructor may recommend a level for future bookings, as described in Section 5.
Who is eligible. The offer is limited to one session per person, for clients who have not previously attended a class or session at Daroon House. It is personal to you and may not be transferred, exchanged for cash, or credited toward a package or drop-in class.
Waiver required. You must accept our adult Waiver before your introductory session, just as for any class. For a minor, including an infant in a Baby and Me dance class, a parent or legal guardian must complete our Parent/Guardian Consent first.
No obligation and no automatic charges. You are not required to buy anything after your introductory session. We will not charge you for the session, automatically charge you afterward, enroll you in a package, or convert your free session into a paid purchase. Any purchase afterward is entirely your choice.
Cancelling. Please cancel by the deadline shown in your booking confirmation so another client can use the spot. If you do not attend or cancel late, we may decline to reschedule the free session.
We may change or end the free introductory session offer at any time, but any session you have already booked will be honored.
7. Cancellations, Late Cancellations, and No-Shows
Cancellation deadlines vary by class. Each class has its own cancellation deadline, which is shown in the class description on our booking page and in your booking confirmation before you book. Unless a different deadline is shown for a class, the deadline is 30 minutes before class starts. Classes with limited spots or special preparation, such as sound baths, workshops, and special events, may have an earlier deadline.
Cancelling on time. You may cancel a booking through your account any time before the class's cancellation deadline. When you cancel on time, the class is returned to your package (or, for a drop-in, credited to your account).
Late cancellations and no-shows. A cancellation made after the class's cancellation deadline is a late cancellation. A late cancellation or a no-show counts as one class used from your package, and a drop-in fee is not refunded or credited.
Changes to a deadline. If we change a class's cancellation deadline, the new deadline applies only to bookings made after the change. The deadline shown when you booked applies to your booking.
Workshops and special events. Workshops, special events, and private sessions may have their own cancellation and refund terms, which will be shown at the time of booking and apply in place of this Section.
8. Changes and Cancellations by Daroon House
We may change class times, substitute instructors, or cancel a class, for example because of low enrollment, instructor illness, emergencies, or conditions affecting the Studio. If we cancel a class you booked, we will notify you as soon as reasonably possible, and the class will be returned to your package or your drop-in payment refunded. If we cancel a class within the final 7 days of your package, we will extend your package's expiration date by 7 days.
9. Your Right to Cancel a Purchase
YOU, THE BUYER, MAY CANCEL A CLASS PACKAGE PURCHASE AT ANY TIME BEFORE MIDNIGHT OF THE FIFTH BUSINESS DAY OF DAROON HOUSE AFTER THE DATE OF PURCHASE, EXCLUDING SUNDAYS AND HOLIDAYS. TO CANCEL, MAIL OR DELIVER A SIGNED AND DATED NOTICE, OR SEND AN EMAIL, STATING THAT YOU, THE BUYER, ARE CANCELING THIS PURCHASE, OR WORDS OF SIMILAR EFFECT. THE NOTICE SHALL BE SENT VIA FIRST-CLASS MAIL, VIA EMAIL FROM AN EMAIL ADDRESS ON FILE WITH DAROON HOUSE, OR DELIVERED IN PERSON TO:
Draw Ideas LLC, DBA Daroon House
19458 Ventura Blvd, Ste. 7, Tarzana, CA 91356 | Support@daroon.house
If you cancel within this period, we will refund your payment, less the drop-in value of any classes you attended from the package.
In addition, if you die or become physically unable to use the remaining classes in your package because of a disability confirmed by a physician, or if we permanently close or relocate the Studio more than 5 miles away and do not offer comparable classes at a location within that distance, you or your estate may request a refund of the unused portion of your package, calculated on a pro-rata basis.
10. Medical Refund Requests
Outside the circumstances described in Section 9, class packages are not refundable. However, if a medical condition, injury, pregnancy complication, or similar health reason prevents you from using your package before it expires, you may request a refund or an extension by emailing Support@daroon.house before your package expires.
We review these requests case by case. We may ask for reasonable documentation, such as a note from a healthcare provider stating that you are unable to participate during a stated period; you do not need to disclose your diagnosis. Depending on the circumstances, we may offer a refund of unused classes, an extension of your expiration date, or account credit. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Nothing in these Terms limits any refund or cancellation right you have under California law.
11. Pricing and Payment
All prices are in U.S. dollars and include all mandatory fees. Any applicable sales tax is shown at checkout. Prices may change at any time, but a change will not affect a package you have already purchased.
Payments are processed by our third-party payment processor, Stripe. We do not store your full card number. By purchasing, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method for the amount shown at checkout. Our packages do not automatically renew, and you will never be charged again unless you make a new purchase.
12. Gift Cards
Gift cards are sold in dollar amounts and may be used toward drop-in classes or class packages. Gift cards do not expire and carry no service or dormancy fees. Gift cards may not be redeemed for cash, except that a gift card with a remaining balance of less than $10 may be redeemed for cash on request, as California law requires. Please treat gift cards like cash; we are not responsible for lost or stolen gift cards, except where we can verify the remaining balance and reissue it.
13. Baby and Me Dance Classes
Baby and Me dance classes (referred to in our Waivers as parent-and-baby or babywearing dance) require the participating parent or legal guardian to accept the adult Waiver and to complete a Parent/Guardian Consent for each infant, including the babywearing section. The participating adult is responsible for providing, fitting, and using an infant carrier according to the manufacturer's instructions. Instructors may require an adjustment to a carrier, a modification of movement, or that a participant stop, for safety. Only the infant's parent or legal guardian may carry the infant in class.
14. Studio Conduct
To keep the Studio safe and welcoming, you agree to:
- Follow instructor and staff safety directions, and use props and equipment, including yoga walls, ropes, and headstand stools, only as instructed;
- Treat other participants, instructors, and staff with respect, and respect others' physical boundaries;
- Refrain from attending while you have symptoms of a contagious illness;
- Keep phones silent during class, and not photograph or record other participants without their consent; and
- Not attend under the influence of alcohol or drugs that may impair your safety.
We may refuse service, cancel bookings, or suspend an account for conduct that endangers safety, disrupts classes, or violates these Terms. If we do so for reasons other than your misconduct, we will refund unused classes on a pro-rata basis. We do not refuse service on any basis prohibited by law.
15. Health Information Disclaimer
Content on the Website, including class descriptions, articles, and videos, is for general information and wellness purposes only. It is not medical, mental-health, or professional advice, and it does not create a provider-patient relationship. Consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting any exercise, breathwork, or wellness program, especially if you are pregnant, postpartum, or have a medical condition.
16. Photos and Recordings
We will not use photographs or recordings in which you or your child can be identified for marketing without your separate written consent. Classes are not recorded unless participants are notified in advance.
17. Website Content and Permitted Use
The Website and its content, including text, photos, videos, logos, the Daroon House name, and class materials, are owned by Daroon House or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may view and use the Website for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from Website content without our written permission, and you may not interfere with the Website's operation, attempt to access accounts or systems without authorization, or use automated tools to collect data from the Website.
18. Communications
By creating an account or making a purchase, you agree that we may send you transactional messages, such as booking confirmations, reminders, class changes, package expiration notices, and Waiver updates. We will send you marketing emails only if you opt in, and you may unsubscribe at any time using the link in any marketing email. We will send marketing text messages only with your separate express consent.
19. Third-Party Services
Payments are processed by Stripe, and other functions of our Website and booking system may rely on third-party service providers, whose own terms and privacy policies also apply to your use of them. The Website may link to third-party websites that we do not control, and we are not responsible for their content or practices.
20. Website Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
The Website is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee that the Website or booking system will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Daroon House will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Website or booking system, and our total liability for any claim arising from the Website, a booking, or a purchase will not exceed the amount you paid us for the purchase giving rise to the claim. This Section applies only to the Website, bookings, and purchases. It does not apply to claims arising from participation in classes or activities, which are governed by the Waivers, and it does not limit any liability that cannot be limited under California law, including liability for fraud, willful injury, gross negligence, or violation of law.
21. Accessibility
We want our Website and Studio to be accessible to everyone. If you have difficulty using any part of the Website, or need an accommodation to participate in a class, please contact us at Support@daroon.house or +1 747-221-1908 and we will work with you to provide the information, booking, or accommodation you need.
22. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms on the Website with a new effective date and, for material changes, notify account holders by email. Changes apply to bookings and purchases made after the effective date and do not reduce the validity period or coverage of a package you already purchased.
23. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. If you have a concern, please contact us first at Support@daroon.house; most issues can be resolved quickly and informally. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally will be brought in the state courts located in Los Angeles County, California, or, if eligible, in small claims court, unless California law gives you the right to bring it elsewhere.
24. General
These Terms, the Waivers, our Privacy Policy, and any terms shown at checkout make up the entire agreement between you and Daroon House regarding the Website, bookings, and purchases. If any provision is found unenforceable, it will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted, and the remaining provisions will stay in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it. You may not assign these Terms; we may assign them to a successor operator of the Studio.
